Community of communes of St Méen-Montauban

Service no. 1 (door-to- door ODT service) The CCSMM offers a door-to- door, on-demand transport service for persons over the age of 65 and persons with reduced mobility. Users can choose to go anywhere within the boundaries of the 19 member communes, provided that the service is used for everyday needs and not for shopping (doctors and paramedical professionals, public services, SNCF station, Illenoo stops, certain shopping trips required for everyday life: pharmacy, optician, banks; family visits, etc.). This service runs from 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, including during school holidays.

Some destinations outside the borders of the community of communes are also possible. This refers to healthcare, medical and paramedical professionals or organisations that do not exist, or whose presence is very limited, within the inter-communal territory.

Service no. 2 (door-to- stopping point ODT service) This service is for trainees, persons entering the labour market or job seekers. The service collects users from their home and brings them to existing public transport within the communal territory (TER stop at Montauban station – lines 12a, 2 and 19 of the Illenoo transport network) and also to the main associations providing assistance or integration into the job market (Eureka, Emploi Service, Restaurants du cœur, DECLIC, the Office cantonal des sports de Montauban – as part of its certified handicap accessibility programme, and the Garantie jeunes).

As the CCSMM is crossed by 3 Illenoo transport routes (routes 2, 12a and 19) which link certain communes together, the ODT service will operate door-to- stopping point as indicated above, except for journeys where an Illenoo transport service operates.

For these journeys, the ODT service will still be authorised, only on condition that the requested booking times do not coincide with the stopping times of the Illenoo coaches. The Mobility Centre will direct users, when booking, to the Illenoo transport service or the ODT service.

Some destinations are possible outside the CCSMM territory, to Montfort-sur- Meu and Romillé: driving lessons offered by Eureka Emploi Services, the Montfort CDAS, the Restaurants du Cœur Association, the Tour Papegault (reception location for the Garantie jeunes), and the DECLIC Association.

As an exception, this service can operate on a door-to- door basis within the CCSMM territory when the job seeker has to attend a job interview within the territory. In this particular case, the ODT service enables the provider to drop off the job seeker at the place of his interview, on presentation of the invitation to interview (validated by the departments of the community of communes beforehand).

It operates from 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays, including during school holidays.

Service no. 3 (ODT meeting point to the MdB youth centre and the Médréac youth centre). This service collects the youths at a meeting point and brings them to one of the youth centres in the territory, provided that this service is used by a group of at least 3 youths, it being understood that these youths may reside in different communes. The meeting points for each of the communes are the 19 town halls and the 3 stations present in the CCSMM: 2 in Montauban-de- Bretagne and 1 in Quédillac.
